Item Stock Check

The Stock Check module is used for managing and updating Stock levels.

Navigation

Stock Check Menu > New > Create

  1. Data filter - This allows you to filter for Items by Category, Location, or by Material.

  2. Active - This shows only active Items.

  3. Sort on - This sets how the Data Grid is sorted by default.

  4. Data grid - This shows the Stock Checks created for Items by ID, Date, Description, Category, Location, Bin Number, Count Quantity, Unit, Total Quantity, Unit. The Count Quantity can be updated here after creating a new Stock Check.

  5. Menu - Additional functionality is included in the Menu.

    • Clear the Count Qty - This allows you to clear the Count Quantity field back to zero.

    • Delete all Stock Check Items - This allows you to delete a Stock Check.

New Stock Check

You can create a Stock Check either for all Categories, Locations, and Material. Alternatively a Stock Check can be created for a specific Material Category, Location, and/or Material.

    1. Date - This is the date for the Stock Check.

    2. Category - This drop-down shows the list of Item Categories.

    3. Location - This shows a list of Inventory Locations.

    4. Material - This shows a list of all Material Items.


Stock Check - Warning - The Stock Check module display a Warning when there are Pending Transactions that are dated prior to the Stock Check date. See Image below. You can right-click on the item to view the Inventory (Alerts) which will display the rogue transactions.

Transaction - Inventory warning - When a Transaction that contains inventory items and the transaction date is less than the last Stock Check Date is Saved, a warning is displayed. See image below.
