Dashboard & Indicator Setup

This management Dashboard allows you to track productivity and finances against set targets. This is done by setting up Indicators against key business targets such as daily quotes, cost centre loading, daily invoicing, and so on. In this way, you can see at a glance how the business is performing with instant, up-to-date information.

How to Edit an Indicator

  1. Description - Enter a name for the Indicator.

  2. Display as - Enter a name for how you wish the Indicator to be displayed to the user.

  3. Period - Select the time period that will be referenced against this measurement.

  4. Parameter - Select what the Parameter is for this Indicator, such as Sales Rep.

  5. Value - Select from the dropdown list, related to the Parameter field above.

  6. Target - This setting is where the target is set to measure performance against, such as a Fixed - Target Low (based on being as far from the target as possible. This is useful for measuring cancelled quotes where the value is desired to be as low as possible) or Fixed - Target High (based on reaching the target) against Day, Week, Month, Year or a fixed value. This selection affects what colour is displayed at 100% of target. For example, Target Low at 100% will show red and Target High at 100% will show green.

  7. Actual - SQL - This setting ensures the Indicator is based on a SQL statement which fetches or calculates the value.
