Stock Check View

The Stock Check View in the Inventory module shows a Stock Check report.

Navigation

Inventory > Menu > Stock Check View

  1. Display - This shows the selected Date and Status.

  2. Search - This allows you to search for records with by text or number.

  3. Data filter - This allows you to select the Date period, Customer, Category, Location, and whether or not the Inventory filters on Active or all Items.

  4. Data grid - This filters the data by Detail and by Stock Check.

    • Description - This is the Item's name.

    • Code - If the Item has a Code, it is shown here.

    • Location - This is the location of the inventory item.

    • Unit - This shows the unit that the Item is listed as.

    • Minimum Quantity - This shows the minimum re-order quantity as set by the Supplier.

    • Reorder Quantity - This is the default amount that can be set to auto-populate the Purchase Order.

    • Date - This is the date of the Stock Check.

    • Unit Price - This is the price of the Unit at the time of the Stock Check.

    • System - This is the count as listed on BOS.

    • Counted - This is how much was physically counted.

    • Variance - This shows the difference between System and Counted.

    • Gain / Loss - This shows the total gained or lost.
