This view of the Inventory module changes the Data Grid to display the Transactions for all Inventory Items. This yellow highlights are a quick visual indicator of all Stock Checks.
Inventory > Menu > Detailed Ledger View
Status - This shows the linked Transaction's Status.
Trans - This shows the Transaction's Code or nickname.
No. - This shows the Transaction number.
Date - This is the date of the Transaction.
Company - This is the Company that in linked to the Transaction.
Reference - This is the Transaction's reference.
Customer - If a Customer is linked to the Transaction they will be shown here.
Category - This shows the Item Category.
Sub-Category - This is the Item Sub-Category.
Description - This is the Item Description.
Code - This is the Item's code.
Resolve - This shows how the Item is replenished.
Location - This is where the Item is stored.
Unit - This is how the Item is measured.
Qty - This is how many units of the Item are in the Transaction.
Unit Price - This is the Item's unit price.
Total - This is the value of the stock in the Transaction.
Qty Check - This is the quantity of checked stock.
Qty Stock - This is the actual quantity of stock.
Unit Stock - This is the unit that Stock is measured in. eg. the Transaction can be for 'Cases' but the Qty is then converted to 'Bottles' when counting stock.
Total Stock - This is the total stock used in the Transaction.
