Detailed Ledger View

This view of the Inventory module changes the Data Grid to display a Detailed Ledger view, with Opening Balance, and Debit / Credit values. This serves as an Accounting Report for Inventory.

Navigation

Inventory > Menu > Detailed Ledger View

1. Display - This shows your active filters set in the Data filter.

2. Data filter - This allows you to select the Date, and Account.

3. Data grid - This filters the data by Transaction Type, Number, Item Number, Status, Date, Code, Description, Category, Debit and Credit Account, Type, Quantity, Unit, Transaction Price, Stock Price, Variance, Debit, Credit, and Balance.
