Specimen: BS-0076 [-] (living plants), received from the USA in 2012, their origin is Indonesia.
Characteristics: Habit a dense clump. Culms erect, bending and arching above, dark green, with occasional whitish stripes. Foliage-leaf blades large.
Uses: Plants as garden ornamentals, and for landscaping.
Cultivation requirements: Suitable for tropical and subtropical climates, full sun to partial shade, tolerates slight frost (−2 °C was recorded).
Comments: "Hitam hijau" translated from Indonesian, means "dark green".
