Daily - Tutoring is available in the after school BASE Program in the cafeteria from 3-4.

About Me
Mr. Torrez (Mr. T) or Coach,
Welcome to my class!!! Over the years I've worn many hats which has guided me to this amazing career as a Social Studies teacher. My family and I are originally from Michigan (Go Green!!!) where I served as a police officer for a local jurisdiction. My wife and I have three children, 10-year-old twin girls who play soccer for Ocala Premier and a 7-year-old son who plays at Brave SC where I'm a youth competitive coach. I have a Masters in Business Administration, hold a USSF National D License, and am an ISSA Certified Personal Trainer on the side.
Prior to being a police officer, I served 5 years in both the US Navy (Electrician's Mate Second Class) and Army (13F Forward Observer). I was sent all over the country and had the honor of seeing and meeting many influential people. My last duty station was with a Field Artillery Squadron with the 3rd Cavalry Regiment out of Fort Hood, TX where I served as the Team Chief for our 4 man FO team.
I have a commitment to serving and helping others achieve their true potential inside and outside of the classroom. I'm blessed to have the opportunity to help my students grow in both knowledge and morals.
