Why: The Armed Services Vocational Aptitude Battery (also known as the ASVAB test), is the most widely used multiple-aptitude test in the world. The ASVAB is a unique test that measures your strengths, weaknesses and potential for future success. The military uses the results of this test to determine if a person is qualified to join the military service. Whether you choose to go to college, vocational school or join the military, this test can provide you with valuable information about yourself and supply potential career information for military or civilian jobs.
It's Not Just A Military Test
The ASVAB is an aptitude test. It assesses strengths and helps predict success in a variety of careers, not only military occupations. Your child has no obligation to the military as a result of taking the ASVAB and participation is always voluntary.
