Welcome to Girls Weight Training and Recreational Activities

I am in my 9th year teaching at VCS, and in my 21st year teaching overall.

I am also Head Diving Coach and Assistant Swim Coach for the Villages High School Swimming and Diving Team. I am also an Assistant Coach for both Girls Weightlifting and Track and Field- working with the throwers.

I am originally from Massachusetts, and have taught many classes in the health, physical education and family consumer science field prior to our move to Florida in 2017.

I have two daughters, one in 9th grade, and one in 11th grade here at VHS.

My husband has a physical education background, but has spent the last 5 years as Assistant Principal at Fruitland Park Elementary

We have 3 dogs, Chase, Bruschi and Ellie.
