My name is Joe Cummings and this is my 2nd year of teaching at The Villages Charter High School. 

I'm originally from Valley Cottage, NY.  After high school I attended Appalachian State University on a wrestling scholarship.  I graduated in the spring of 2015 with a B.S. in Physical Education and went on to begin my teaching & coaching career.  

I am now starting my 9th year in education.  Before coming to Florida I taught for 6 years in South Carolina & 1 year in North Carolina.  Over the course of my career I have taught physical education, health education, gradpoint, coached wrestling and served as an assistant athletic director.  During this time I also received my Masters Degree in Educational Leadership from Arkansas State University.
