Mrs. Licciardello

Wow! The first semester flew by! We are steadily working into the second semester and I'm excited to see all the student creations in Digital Media. We are almost done with our industry certification prep, which means our first round of testing is quickly approaching. We will be doing some practice tests in class to prep us for both content and structure.

Seniors are doing a great job with daily announcements and the yearbook. Juniors will be joining them shortly, before completely taking over!

Students, for announcements and assignments, please make sure to check our Google Classroom. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to email me.

About the Teacher

My name is Megan Licciardello and I am happy to call The Villages High School my home away from home. This is my thirteenth year teaching at VHS, and fourth year teaching the Digital Media Design courses.  I have a Bachelor of Science in Telecommunication  from the University of Florida. I have worked in several news stations in Florida and Georgia as a broadcast news anchor/producer/reporter. Through my work at these stations, I have learned a lot about broadcasting and honed my skills as a broadcast journalist. My passion for the industry and love for sharing it with others is what makes my love for teaching continue to grow. I am happily married to my husband Ben and have three children, B, Jules, and Lochlan, who all currently attend VCS.
