This is my 10th year at VHS
I am an only child, born and raised in Orlando, Florida
I graduated from Stetson University with a B.A. degree in Political Science/Social Science
I have three earned degrees from Southern Baptist Theological Seminary: M.Div.; Th.M; and Ph.D.
I place a high value on education -- I will do everything in my power to help your child succeed
My wife is a 1st-grade Teacher at the Rimes Early Learning & Literacy Center in Leesburg
We have three grown children and three grandchildren
I am the Faculty Adviser for the VHS chapter of the National Honor Society
This year, I will teach two sections of Dual Enrollment (DE) Humanities in the Fall semester paired with DE World Religions in the Spring and four sections of Honors Economics in the Fall semester paired with DE American National Government in the Spring. Each VHS class will have a Google Classroom where assignments and other material will be posted. Parents and guardians can always be added to the Classroom to monitor learning progress and view assignments and due dates. Assignments and other material will be posted on the LSSC Canvas site for the LSSC/Dual Enrollment course sections.
