Hi! I am so excited to be teaching Theatre and OJT this year! I have been a teacher for 25 years now. During the course of my career, I have taught English, Theatre, Yearbook and Newspaper, I've coached basketball, planned prom, ran a drama club, and the list goes on! I have several awards for Theatre. One of which includes a Theatre state championship for the play, "The Lottery" I also am passionate about our On the Job Training classes. I feel that working while in high school is so important for students that want to get a jumpstart on their career. These jobs give the students real world experience and a better understanding of the career path they may want to take in the future.
In my personal life, I like to devote most of my time to family. I also enjoy crafting, baking, home improvement, gardening, and most things outdoor related. I was a ski instructor in WV for many years but have now traded in my snow skis for flip flops. I have two adult children, 3 grandbabies, and 4 bonus grands - with one on the way! I have a wonderful life with my fiancée, Mark, I am blessed. Life is good.
