Welcome to the Culinary Arts Academy. My name is John Woods and I am an ACF Certified Executive Chef and Certified Working Pastry Chef. I have been teaching here at The Villages High School since 2003 and was previously employed by The Villages as a cook, sous chef, banquet chef and executive chef since 1992. I am veteran of the U.S. Army and Florida Army National Guard where I served as a Food Service Specialist.
