HIS DESIRE

“I am my beloved’s and his desire is toward me”, says the Shulamite to the king in verse 10 of Chapter 7 in the Song of Songs. Dear bride of Christ, you are Christ’s. You belong to Him and are identified with Him because He has bought you with His precious blood. Don’t take pride in the church you belong to. You are separate from the world and thus belong to Him. His desire is toward you in an individual manner, and not towards any particular church, group or nation. Christ has His desire toward you. He desires your salvation, your well-being, your good health and your prosperity.
