06-30-20 10 years solar rotation - strange Pluto - Local SMA Radar - Minoans
We're going to do things a little bit differently. Instead of posting the links later, I'm going to post them on the Tuesday we have SciTechNature, so we can all enjoy them together, instantaneously (Scroll down and see the links.) It also cuts down my having to bother you twice in one week. Now why didn't I think of this before!See you at 11:30! Now we delve into archaeology. I'll admit to a long-time fascination with this era, especially the Minoans. In art college in the early 70's, I used to be on the verge of boredom during art history classes; then our instructor got to the Minoans and I suddenly found myself paying rapt, wide-eyed attention. I wrote my thesis on the Minoans, contemplating if they were involved with the tin trade in Britain (a much coveted industrial metal for making bronze) based on the Irish myths of the Tuatha Dé Danann "They came with strange animals. Strange venomous animals..." (Snake Goddess?) Anyway, this is a well done effort, based on the fragmentary frescoes excavated at Knossos and other sites on Crete:
