saba tIratha nahAvUngI

jAyE himAcala karU tapasyA

tanupa sukhAvUngI

rishi muniyOkE Ashrama jAkara

khOja lagAvUngI

andara bAhara saba

DhUNDU nahi aTakAvUngI

For getting a small corner in the heart of Sri Ram,

I will renounce everything and become a roving ascetic.

I will throw away all ornaments and 'alankar'

With just holy ash smeared over my body

I will chant his holy name

loudly with others in wet clothes ,

to rouse him from indifferent slumber

I will take holy bath in the waters of

Kashi, Mathura,Haridhwar,

I will go to Himalaya mountain and

take up hard penance

I will go to the holy ashrams of

all ascetics and thapaswins

I will get cleaned of all impurities

in my body and soul.

Ah! if only I can get a small corner in the heart of Sri Ramji!
