Pannakakku - Finnish Pancake

Ingredients:

4 tablespoons butter, melted

4 eggs

2 cups milk

1/2 cup flour

2 tablespoons sugar

1/2 teaspoon salt

Directions:

1) Preheat oven to 450F, and pour the melted butter into a 9″x16″ baking pan.

2) Beat eggs until foamy but not whippy, until well-blended. Beat with milk, flour, sugar and salt.

3) Pour into pan with butter and bake 20-23 minutes.

4) Serve any way you like!

Serving suggestions include powdered sugar & cinnamon and maple syrup.
