Creamy Scrambled Eggs

(Serves 2)

Ingredients

2 ounces Philadelphia Cream Cheese, softened

2 tablespoons milk

4 eggs

1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese

salt and pepper to taste

1 tablespoon butter

Directions:

1) In a bowl, mix cream cheese and milk until smooth.

2) Add eggs, Parmesan cheese, salt and pepper. Whisk until well-mixed.

3) Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add egg mixture and stir until eggs are fluffy and cooked to your liking.

4) Serve hot!
