Chicken Terikayi
Chicken Teriyaki
Ingredients:
2 lbs chicken legs and/or thighs
1 cup soy sauce
1 cup mirin
3 tablespoons sugar
3 tablespoons fresh ginger, finely chopped
Directions:
1) Mix together the all the ingredients in a large bowl or freezer bag. Marinate in the refrigerator overnight. Be sure to mix occasionally.
2) Preheat oven to 400F. Place chicken in a baking dish. Bake for approximately 45 minutes depending on the size of the chicken pieces. Flip the chicken after about 25 minutes.
3) Let cool for at least 5 minutes before serving.
