Asian-style Pork Tenderloin

Ingredients:

2 pork tenderloins, trimmed

3 ounces soy sauce

3 ounces sesame oil

3 garlic cloves, smashed

3 tablespoons lime juice

1 tablespoon ginger Paste

Directions:

1) Wash the tenderloins and pat dry.

2) Mix all other ingredients and marinate pork tenderloins for at least 3 hours. If placed in a dish, you may need to turnover.

3) Preheat oven to 350F.

4) Heat one tablespoon oil over moderately high heat in a skillet or frying pan. Brown pork tenderloins for about 4 minutes.

5) If skillet/frying pan is not oven-proof, transfer to a baking dish along with the marinade.

6) Roast pork tenderloins until the thickest part of the tenderloin registers 135F.

7) Let the tenderloins rest for at least 10 minutes before carving.
