Chess Pie

Ingredients:

1 (9 inch) pie shells, unbaked

4 eggs

1 cup sugar

1/4 cup butter, softened

1 tablespoon vinegar

1 tablespoon cornmeal

1 tablespoon flour

1 teaspoon vanilla

Directions:

1) Preheat oven to 350°F.

2) Combine filling ingredients in mixing bowl; beat on high speed 3 to 5 minutes or until very well mixed.

3) Pour into pastry shell.

4) Bake 25 to 35 minutes or until golden brown and firm.

5) Cool before serving.
