Measuring straps to shorten

How much do we want to end up with?

Measure from 2 known points on the shoe while the customer is

wearing them write it down. Measure both shoes.

Watch out for double purchase Velcro’s – they can be deceptive – you end up taking off either twice as

much. Or ½ as much.

Which strap to shorten?

Measuring elastic, have a think about it, the jolly stuff stretches.
