If they have had 3 or more months use out of it ... ideally just charge for the new zip. Or take of 1/2 the price of the slider .... else...
Ok, so we did replace the slider and that has not worked, tell you what, lets credit you the cost of the slider and put an entire new zip in for you ... so a zip is normally $69.90 but minus the $29.90 you already paid... so you are looking at $40 and we can have that ready on Wednesday for you ... is that soon enough for you?

When a job is returned for rework
1. Get and check their details!!!!
2. Clic Rework
3. Type into the notes what needs doing “Heels – too soft” or “stitching – wrong colour” use a broad item first then a brief description.
4. Agree on what needs doing
5. Give them a day and time it will be ready!
6. Start fixing it asap!
Don’t argue or defend – get the details PEN and Paper! Or TYPE into Invoice! Move towards a happy solution, get off the round and round!

The report will show the number of heels returned and what was usually wrong with them, or the number of stitching jobs returned and what was wrong with them. Or stretching and which bit usually gets returned.
Heel Grips - Needs heel Liners
Ideally just charge full price for the Heel Liners! They went with the cheap Heel grip option at the start! However, sometimes life's not that simple! ...
