Cut Boot Uppers Down

Yes sure we can cut your boots down, how much did you have in mind to cut off?

Get agreement with the customer about the following 3 things...

1. Where they will be cut
2. What the top edge will look like (rolled? Or raw?)
3. What colour the stitching will be

Also consider, Is the top flat or shaped?

Whats going to happen to ZIPS, GUSSETS, STRAPS, DECORATIONS and PUCKERS to name a few issues!

Main Steps

1 Mark just above cut line

2 Stitch below line by an even 3mm

3 Cut off 2mm above stitching

4 Dye edge if needed
