Sell correct size sole, as then it will order it for you.
Remove old sole
Check for and patch, any holes that are 10mm or closer to the edge. Grind new sole and upper

Cut edging to length
Run from toe to heel and back again, PLUS 30mm. Glue shoe then edging
Do shoe first for 2 reasons, 1) it will likely need two coats, 2) upper is less likely to get glue on it. Just glue the upper up to about 2mm from where the top of the edging will be, so no glue shows once the edging is on.
Heat edging and shoe Run edging around shoe, then hammer
Glue edging Heat sole and edging
Place upper onto Sole, then hammer Trim with Knife and then machine
