Doing builds
1. Grind the area that needs a build flat, keeping it as steep as possible
2. Cut out build, use Strong for hard heels, rug for soft heels.
3. Using ATOM to glue builds apply a thin coat right to the edge of the heel block only.
4. Grind the outside close to the heel block with rough wheel then close with fine wheel or
miniband. Then grind the bottom level by do the 2 ends of the build first then the middle. Grind
onto the heel block as this is less likely to rip the build off.

Remove heel starting from inside front corner of shoe
2 Density of heel block...
Soft-Cut build out at Cutting bench while cutting out soles.
Hard-Cut build out at Glue bench.
Grind left heel removing excess glue or down to desired height(if customer specified)then check both shoe heights match and shoes are flat
3 Grind area to built up
Needs to be nice and "square" at the outside edge.Steep flat and burr free!

Plenty of Atom right to the edge
5 Cut Hard Build Now
Be generous not exact!

6 Glue Build
Atom for hard blocks, a coat of Yellow first on leather helps, else Atom soaks in sometimes.

7 Knife, Heel Trim, Mini Band, Wheel
8 Re heel as normal

1 Remove heel pieces
With pinches remove left heel starting from inside of shoe.

2 Grind, check height and angle and that it is flat!
Grind left heel removing excess glue or down to desired height(if customer specified)then check both shoe heights match and shoes are flat
3 Do builds if needed(trim edge, then bottom)
Grind and smooth surface you want to place build on,then Atom on shoe from end to end,trim off excess and back to machine to trim sides,then bottom.
4 Select precut heel
Quick choice, make sure right colour,bigger is fine
5 Glue bases of shoe then heels.
6 Heat up, push together, nail and then hammer (check glue join)
7 Knife, Heel trim and remove burr
8 Inspect, Polish, and put out front.
