1 Unpick lining of pocket or edge.
2 Cut, glue and stitch patch on.
3 Cut slits for Magnet catch legs and insert new catch by folding legs inward to each other on top o washer with slots in it.
4 Restitch seam

If no can unpick lining
Attach magnet catch to piece of leather and glue it on, make it at least 60mm by 60mm
If the magnet catch is weak, wobbly or loose you may have a none matching pair, the bump on the non magnetic side is too long and it hits the bottom of the centre hole of the magnetic side so the flat faces dont get close enough to grip properly
