Agoraphobia - Fear of open spaces or crowds

The next piece in my concentration was inspired by Greek and Roman art that I have studied in my Latin class. I started out by researching some famous statues and characters that I wanted in my piece. I used pencil, sketching them out first, and following the photos on my laptop, I stippled the statues. I needed to connect it to my concentration however. To do this, I decided to make them at the scene of a birthday party. I gave some of the statues balloons and gave others party hats. I thought these bright colors contrasted well with the black and white statues. To push this contrast even further, I added gestural colors in the background, to make it an outdoor scene.
