Journeys 2017

Welcome to the 'Land of 100 Amazing Journeys'. This is the 4th Year of the wonderful Year 5 Problem Based Learning task and we are thrilled with our stories and creativity.

Each boy has learnt about the concept of a 'Journey' through various fantasy texts and discussions. They have planned, drafted, written and published stories using the model of 'Quests' as their inspiration. In addition, they have drawn and painted their main character, created a book cover, promoted their story in a podcast and presented monologues as the main character.

We look forward to sharing this wonderful site of creativity, fun and fantasy. Welcome to the strange and creative imagination of a Year 5 Newington boy... welcome to the Land of 100 Amazing Journeys!
