Principles of Engineering

Principles of Engineering is designed for the serious engineering student. We will explore a variety of topics through a hands-on approach, including simple machines, electrical systems, and robot programming. You will learn how engineers and technicians use math, science, and technology in an engineering problem-solving process to benefit society and address the consequences of technological change. Past projects have included a ping-pong ball launcher, a hydraulic robot arm, and a robotic device that sorts marbles. This course follows the Project Lead the Way curriculum.
