Start and Stop Service Applications
This section allows the admin user to process Start and Stop service applications
This section allows the admin user to process Start and Stop service applications
Step 1: After admins log in using their own username and password, they click on the Start and Stop Service Applications
tab in the main navigation bar:
Step 2: Start and Stop Service Applications page is displayed with " Open" tab as the default view, admins are able to update as needed:
Open tab contains the following search filters :
Application ID
Type → drop down list contains stop & start
Move In / Out Date → date field
Location ID
Customer ID
Account ID
Service Address
Search button to initiate the search process
Reset to clear all the admin’s input on the search filters
Table view is displayed including the following action buttons:
View → to view the application details (what the user has input)
Trace → will open a page containing:
User ID search field
Event ID search field
Event Message search field
Search to initiate the search and display the results in its below table
Reset to clear the admins input
under the search and reset buttons there will be a table that traces the selected application and displays:
User ID
Event ID
Event Message
Close button will close the page and go back to the previous page
Reprocess → a popup will be displayed when clicking on reprocess after selecting a record: “Are you sure? This will start the Move In / Out process and CANNOT be reversed.” Proceed and cancel buttons
Complete Manually → a popup will be displayed when clicking on reprocess after selecting a record:
“Are you sure you want to mark Application 939853dd-a803-426d-8aa7-6c87d3ca13a6 as Completed without Automation? You should only perform this action AFTER you have confirmed that the applicant's Start or Stop Service process has been triggered in SAP. This change CANNOT be undone.”
Move Out Doc ID (Required)

Cancel & Complete buttons
After clicking complete a popup will be displayed “Application X has successfully been set to Completed without Automation with the Move In / Out Doc 1111111 ‘Move Out Doc ID’ .”
The application will be removed under the open tab and moved to “Completed without Automation” tab
Delete
a popup will be displayed “Are you sure? This change will only be able to be reversed by an Administrator” with delete and cancel buttons
after clicking on delete a popup will display “Application X has been deleted.If you've done this by mistake, an Administrator can restore the application.” the record will be deleted and removed from this tab and moved to deleted tab
Step 3: Admins click Automation Failed tab and update as needed:
Automation Failed tab contains the following search filters :
Application ID
Type → drop down list contains stop & start
Move In / Out Date → date field
Location ID
Customer ID
Account ID
Service Address
Search button to initiate the search process
Reset to clear all the admin’s input on the search filters
Table view is displayed including the following action buttons:
View → to view the application details (what the user has input)

a popup will be displayed when clicking on reprocess after selecting a record: “Are you sure? This will start the Move In / Out process and CANNOT be reversed.” Proceed and cancel buttons
After clicking proceed a popup will display “The move out was successful. Application X has been set to Completed.”
And the record will be removed from the table and be on “Completed with Automation tab”

Status (dropdown list to search for the desired records status)

Reset to clear all the admin’s input on the search filters

Reprocess →
Completed with automation cant be reprocessed → a popup will be displayed when clicking on reprocess after selecting a record: “Are you sure? This will start the Move In / Out process and CANNOT be reversed.” Proceed and cancel buttons
if press proceed “Application x has already been completed.”
Automation Failed → a popup will be displayed when clicking on Automation Failed after selecting a record: “Are you sure? This will start the Move In / Out process and CANNOT be reversed.” Proceed and cancel buttons
if press proceed : “The move out for application x failed. Please move out the account x manually.”
Completed without Automation → a popup will be displayed when clicking on reprocess after selecting a record: “Are you sure? This will start the Move In / Out process and CANNOT be reversed.” Proceed and cancel buttons
if press proceed “Application x has already been completed.”

Delete you only can delete applications that are not completed
if you click on delete after selecting a completed application a popup will display: “Application x is in status Completed without Automation and cannot be deleted.You can only delete applications that are not completed.”
if you click on delete after selected a uncompleted application a popup will display” Application x has been deleted.If you've done this by mistake, an Administrator can restore the application.”
