Mobile - Forgot Username

The Forgot Username feature allows registered customers to quickly recover their Username.

Step 1: Open the FW Customer Mobile app on your mobile device.

Step 2: Click on Forgot Username.

Step 3: Account Information: The customer will enter the Account Number and Email Address that is registered to their FW Username (required)

Step 4: Confirmation: The customer will receive a confirmation message that an email was sent with the Username.

Step 5: Forgot Username Email Message: The customer will receive an email message with their Username. They can now log into the portal with the Username and their password.
