Mobile - Account Selection Widget

This section describes the steps for a registered FW customer to utilize the account selection widget via mobile.
Customers may have multiple Contract Accounts registered to the same Username in the portal. This allows the customer to conveniently manage all of their accounts using the same portal Login via mobile.
When the customer logs into the portal, the overview page will load with their primary contract account. The primary contract account can be changed on the Profile page. (See Change Primary Account). To view their other registered accounts, the customer must select a different Contract Account from the Account Selection Widget located at the top of the page.
Step 1: Open the FW Customer Mobile app on your mobile device. Customer will enter their 1) User Name and 2) Password, then click Login.
Step 2: To access the Account Selection Widget, click on the three horizontal lines on the left top of the screen
Step 3: The customer simply clicks on the account details at the top of the main navigation bar
Step 4: A listing of all their registered accounts will appear. The customer can then choose the contract account they wish to view by clicking on their Switch button.
Step 5: Page will load with the new Account details.
Step 6: The Overview page will automatically reload with the customer's selected Contract Account.
