The customer will begin by navigating to the FW Portal Homepage.
Step 1: Navigate to the following URL: https://www.fwcustomer.org/fairfax. Customer will enter their 1) User Name and 2) Password, then click Login.
Step 2: Upon clicking Login, the Account credentials will be verified. If verification is successful, the customer will be navigated to the Customer Dashboard page. The Customer Dashboard page provides general information about the customer's account, such as the Total Balance and Current Charges.
Helpful Tip: If the Login is not successful, one of the following conditions may exist. An error message will display to the customer.
Username has not been activated: You have not completed the registration process.
Invalid Username: The username or e-mail or password provided is incorrect.
Invalid Password: The information you entered does not match our records. Please reenter your username or password. You have [number] attempts left to enter the correct password.
