Change Username

The Change Password feature allows customers to change their FW Customer username. For additional information about changing customer username from MiAdmin.

Step 1: Log in to the FW customer self-service homepage at https://www.fwcustomerorg/fairfax

Step 2: Click the Profile & Accounts tab from the left side menu.

Step 3: Click Security Settings tab

Step 4: Change Username: The customer can change the Username

2. Click submit changes
