Admin users are able to create security questions for the users that are registering through the portal by the following steps:

Step 1: Navigate to the following URL: https://www.fwcustomer.org/fairfax. User will enter their 1) User Name and 2) Password, then click Login.

Step 3: Admins are able to perform the following actions:

1. New:

a. Create new security questions and assigning them under a certain group

2. Edit:

a. The user selects the required record from the table to be updated, then clicks on Edit.

b. a page will be displayed to the admin user that contains the following:

1. Question: textbox that the admin enters the desired question to be asked to the users.

2. Group: a dropdown selection from which the admin selects the desired group to which the above question should be assigned.

3. Save & Cancel buttons: Saves the changes, which will be reflected in the security questions table, and cancel is to cancel the changes, which will return the user to the previous page.

b. Conformation popup is displayed to the user, user clicks Ok, then the record will be removed from the table.
