The Forgot Password feature allows customers to self-reset their FW password. Customers may initiate the password reset process from the FW Homepage. For additional information about resetting customer passwords from MiAdmin, see Reset Customer Password.
Step 2: Click the Forgot Password link on the homepage.
Step 3: Account Information: The customer will provide the following information. Then click Next.
Account Number (Required)
Email Address registered with the FW Portal (Required)
Step 4: Security Questions: The customer will answer the security questions they selected during the registration process. Then click Next.
