Customers may have multiple Contract Accounts registered to the same Username in the portal. This allows the customer to conveniently manage all of their accounts using the same portal Login.
When the customer logs into the portal, the overview page will load with their primary contract account. The primary contract account can be changed on the Profile page. (See Change Primary Account). To view their other registered accounts, the customer must select a different Contract Account from the Account Selection Widget located at the top of the page.
Step 1: The customer simply clicks the drop down menu arrow.
Step 2: A listing of all their registered accounts will appear. The customer can then choose the contract account they wish to view by clicking on their selection.
Step 3: The Overview page will automatically reload with the customer's selected Contract Account.
