Bank Payments will be enabled to be scheduled for both Guest Payment and Logged In Pay Now features. It gives the customer the ability to schedule the payments in advance, see the scheduled payments in their payment history and have the ability to cancel a scheduled payment till a certain cutoff date/time. The cancellation feature will also be available for same day payments until the cut off time.
Step 1: Navigate to the following URL: https://www.fwcustomer.org/fairfax. Customer will enter their 1) User Name and 2) Password, then click Login.
Step 2: Users click Pay Now button
Step 3:The Pay Now popup displays; users pick Bank Account as the payment method and select the desired Bank Account from the dropdown; users select the date that they want to pay on, using the Scheduled Payment Date field; and users submit their payment.
Step 4: After submitting the scheduled payment a payment receipt is displayed user click close or print as desired
Step 5: The submitted scheduled payment will be displayed alongside any other previously made scheduled payments in the Billing Payment module --> Scheduled Payment(s) table.
Step 1: users click on Cancel button under billing & payment page --> scheduled payment(s) table --> Action --> Cancel for a certain scheduled payment record
Step 2: Conformation popup will display of the cancellation after confirming the cancellation the scheduled payment will be removed from scheduled payment table
Step 1: Users enter the account information then click Next
Step 2: Users toggle on to acknowledge that they read the terms and condition to proceed to the next step then hit Next button
Step 3: Users select Bank Account as the Payment Method then enter the required information, and select the date they want to pay the amount on in Scheduled Payment date field then click Review
Step 3: Review and Conformation of the scheduled payment
One Time Payment can be cancelled by the account owner via the Payment History (if a profile exists)
One Time Payment can be cancelled by Admin and Superuser via Mirror Mode (if account is registered)
If account is not registered and shall not be registered, cancellation will require CSR to address with Accounting team to delete the record
Confirmation email about cancelation via MiPortal will go to account holder email.
Cancelation will be possible till the scheduled date at the cut off time set in MiAdmin (default 6:00am EST)
