Rate Information Links

Customers may click the FAQ link to view helpful questions and answers about the portal. The link is available for all website visitors by clicking the FAQ's button in the Login pad.

And also available for logged in users under the main navigation bar:

Step 1: Open the FW Customer Mobile app on your mobile device. Customer will enter their 1) User Name and 2) Password, then click Login.

Step 2: To access FAQ, click on the three horizontal lines on the left top of the screen

Step 3: Click the FAQ tab in the main left hand navigation.
