This section describes the Password Reset process for registered FW customers via mobile.
The Forgot Password feature via mobile allows customers to self-reset their FW password. Customers may initiate the password reset process from the FW Homepage.
Step 1: Open the FW Customer Mobile app on your mobile device.
Step 2: Click the Forgot Password link on the homepage.
Step 3: Account Information: The customer will provide the following information. Then click Next.
1. Account Number (Required)
2. Email Address registered with the FW Portal (Required)
Step 4: Security Questions: The customer will answer the security questions they selected during the registration process. Then click Next.

Step 5: Create New Password: This screen will allow the customer to enter a new password. The customer must enter the password two times to confirm. The password requirements are located to the right for reference.
Upon clicking Reset Password, the customer will be able to log into the portal with their existing Username and new password.
Step 6: The customer will receive an email confirmation that their password has been changed.
