Change Password

The Change Password feature allows customers to change their FW Customer password. For additional information about resetting customer passwords from MiAdmin, see Reset Customer Password.

Step 1: Log in to the FW customer self-service homepage at https://www.fwcustomerorg/fairfax

Step 2: Click the Profile & Accounts tab from the left side menu.

Step 3: Click Security Settings tab

Step 4: Change Password: The customer will enter their old password

1. Create a new password

2. Confirm the new password
