This feature allows the user group of Hydrant Customers to register via the portal using group specific identification criteria. The information presented once logged in is customized to their needs as defined by the utility.

Step 1: Navigate to the following URL: https://www.fwcustomer.org/fairfax. Customer will enter their 1) User Name and 2) Password, then click Login.

Step 2: Hydrant users have access to Meter Reading page, and Manage Permit page as seen below:
