This section describes how a customer will complete the self-registration process via mobile.
The self-registration process is designed to allow the customer to verify their identity and contract account number without the assistance of a Customer Service Representative using their mobile devices.
Step 1: Open the FW Customer Mobile app on your mobile device.
Step 2: All first-time customers of the LW Connect Portal must first register their contract account by clicking Register.
Step 3: Account Verification: The Customer will enter the following fields. Upon clicking Next, a web service interface call (Portal to SAP) will be performed with the provided information to validate against the SAP database.
1. Account Number on your Bill (Required)
when the user enters their valid Account number the following fields will be displayed:
1. Service Address City (Required)
2. Service Address Zip Code (Required)
Helpful Tip: Validate your account information via your most recent FW invoice in order to avoid locking your account or inadvertently extending the process.
Step 4: Customers Click Next.
Step 5: Terms & Conditions: Customers must agree to and acknowledge the Terms of Use which can be accessed by clicking on the "Terms and Conditions" hyperlink:
and then returning back by clicking on "Close" button to turn the toggle to "On." . Click Next.
Step 6: Login Information: The customer will choose their Username, enter their email address, password, security questions. Customers are required to complete all of the fields on the Login Information step before proceeding. Then click Next.

2. Primary Phone Number (required)
3. Mobile Phone Number (optional)
4. Email Address (required)
5. Password (required)
6. Confirm Password (required)
7. Security Question and Answer 1 (required)
8. Security Question and Answer 2 (required)
9. Enroll in Paperless Billing (required)
Helpful Tip: Username and Password security requirements are outlined in the right panel. Additionally, real-time password strength verification will prompt the customer with a password strength indicator bar.
Step 7: Registration Confirmation: After completing the registration form, the customer will be presented with an enrollment confirmation screen. This page informs the customer that they will receive an email with a link to activate their FW Username.
Note: Registration is not complete until the customer clicks the account activation link in their registration confirmation email. Attempting to Login prior to clicking the account activation link will result in failed Login.
Step 8: Registration Verification Email: Customer registration is NOT complete until the customer opens the registration email and clicks the link at the bottom of the email. Clicking this link will activate the new Username. Without clicking this link, the Username will remain inactive and the customer will not be able to access the portal. After click this link the customer will be navigated to the FW Homepage to complete their first Login.
Step 9: Program Enrollment Verification Email: If the customer enrolled for Paperless Billing and/or Auto Debit, they will receive a Program Enrollment Verification Email for their records.
The Registration process via mobile is now complete! The customer can begin using the FW Portal.
