The user will begin by navigating to the FW Portal Homepage.
Step 1: Navigate to the following URL: https://www.fwcustomer.org/fairfax. User will enter their 1) User Name and 2) Password, then click Login.
If authentication is successful, the user will be navigated to the Customer Search page. The Customer Search page provides the ability locate information about registered and non-registered customers.
Step 2: The user enters search criteria and selects Search. Results are displayed.
Step 3: User selects the appropriate Customer Name.
Step 4: User enters into Agent Dashboard screen. Four (4) sections are available for review:
1. Portal Status: Information about the customer registration, login, and various programs the customer has/not enrolled in.
2. Account Overview: Information about the account and service address
3. Financial Information: Information about bills and payments historical and current.
4. Interaction History: Information about recent interactions taken via the portal or in contact with FW.
Step 5: When the user scrolls down a 5th section is available which contains Consumption and Billing History displayed in a graphical view. This view allows for the user to toggle elements of the graph depending on what they are seeking, including:
1. Total Charges: Yellow line
2. Water Usage: Blue bar
3. Sewer Usage: Green bar
4. Period: 13 months, 25 months, All
Step 6: The user can view external links and download data by clicking on the elements in the lower right-hand corner below graph.

3. Usage: Consumption Excel Export
4. Charges: Cost Excel Export
Step 7: The user can select either 1) Exit Dashboard once the information is gathered, or select 2) Mirror Customer. See section Mirror Customer for additional information.
Step 8: Upon selecting Exit Dashboard the user is directed back to the Customer Search page.
