Rate Information Links

Customers can view the current billing Rates by clicking the following link, located on the Overview page. Customers will be directed to the Fairfax Water website:

https://www.fairfaxwater.org/sewer-charges

Step 1: Open the FW Customer Mobile app on your mobile device. Customer will enter their 1) User Name and 2) Password, then click Login.

Step 2: Click on "Account Overview" button on the customer's dashboard

Step 3: Account Overview page will be displayed containing details about the account, Customers will be directed to the Fairfax Water website if clicked on one of the links under "Rate Information" :
