How is energy transferred and limited as it moves through ecosystems?
This lesson examines food chains and webs. Through investigating the transfer of energy and the factors that limit this process, the ocean environment will be better understood. The energy source for most of the life is found at the surface, but scavenging, decomposers and chemosynthetic organisms all play a role.
