When creating the styleboard, specifically in their search for propping, the Styling team often use online sites that provide 3D models that you can purchase. Please see the last section for the sites most commonly used.

Once the Styleboard has been Client Approved on Proof HQ, we should check to see if there are any props that we need to purchase. You can identify these by hovering over and clicking on the prop's image reference. Here you will find the website the prop has been referenced from.

Open up website: 3D Sky

2. Log in using the credentials on the 3D RESOURCE LOGINS V2 document.

3. On the Homepage, go to the top right hand corner and click “Buy”.

4. Add the credits you need

1 credit per prop -

5x props = 5x credits/PROS).

5. Update the Accounts Manager with the total cost minus VAT, along with the job code the prop is being bought for (VM1202) The Accounts Manager will then take note and raise a PO.

Once we have successfully bought the props, we download them and save them in the relevant Pdrive Folder.

2. Save the PDRIVE path into the FTRACK asset build.

3. Set the Asset Build to "To Purchase".

4. Link the Asset Build to the relevant set.

5. PRO TIP: Add a task under the Asset Build and assign the Asset Library manager, so they have a task to save the model into our library once the project is completed.
