Assign work to team members depending on project requirements and people’s individual skills, taking into consideration their availability and absence
Maintain and improve a pool of freelancers capable to fulfil any additional required work outside of the internal team capacity (with the help of the Training Lead)
Manage team’s performance reviews and conduct appraisal meetings, ensuring constant progress and improvement of the team’s skills
Actively engage and stimulate the team, improve and nurture team collaboration
Promote department’s on-going development by identifying areas of interest and learning and organize workshops that look into improving people’s skills and knowledge
Support Lead Artists, help them to develop their skills and leadership
Identify and communicate artist pressure points, bottlenecks, and timeline adjustments
This is the starting position in the company. In this role, the artist will learn the basics in our workflow, the process, and all needed additional software and systems.
Requirements:
At least 2 years overall production experience in creating visualizations;
Proficiency with 3ds Max, V-Ray and Adobe Photoshop;
Ability to actively participate in the development of renderings and respond well to feedback;
Intermediate level English (no certificate required, but the ability to express yourself and understand others is needed);
High level of organization;
Ambition and willingness to learn and develop.
Responsibilities:
To aim to achieve the company's quality standards. Working mainly on swaps, rehashes and etc. to get familiar with the process quicker;
To aim for efficiency and good time-management;
To communicate actively with the team - Project Managers, Stylists, Lead Artists - and to be proactive in searching for information, clarifications, etc.;
To follow closely the folder structure, different workflow templates and systems used in CCW;
To learn the additional software used in the workflow (Fusion).

To be in constant communication with the Project Manager about timings and other issues and report to the Resource Manager;
